Senior Quality Engineer Salesforce & Playwright
Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Quality Engineer to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and automated testing frameworks across our Salesforce ecosystem This role requires deep expertise in test automation, a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, and a passion for delivering high-quality enterprise solutions The ideal candidate will drive quality engineering excellence, influence testing strategy, and mentor teams in modern automation practices, Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end automated testing frameworks using Playwright, integrated with Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud, Define scalable test architecture for multi-cloud Salesforce implementations Ensure test coverage across UI, API, and data layers, including integrations with Snowflake, AWS, and MuleSoft, Develop and execute automated tests for complex integrations across Salesforce, external APIs, and data platforms Validate data integrity and business logic across systems, Establish and enforce quality engineering standards, including test data management, performance testing, and security validation Collaborate with compliance and security teams, Partner with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define testable requirements and acceptance criteria Advocate for quality throughout the SDLC, Mentor junior QA engineers and developers on automation best practices Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement, Qualifications Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, Experience 6+ years in software quality engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce testing and automation frameworks, Technical Skills Expert in Playwright or similar modern automation tools (e-g, Cypress, Selenium) Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Experience Cloud) Experience with API testing (Postman, REST/SOAP), and data validation across Snowflake, PostgreSQL Exposure to event-driven architecture and Pub/Sub testing strategies Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead quality initiatives across distributed teams Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to influence and drive quality-first mindset across engineering teams
