This includes providing coaching, conducting product or service training sessions, and sharing best practices. Performance Monitoring : The Assistant Supervisor assists in monitoring the performance of individual sales representatives and the team as a whole. This involves tracking sales metrics, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement. Customer Relationship Management : They may assist in managing relationships with key clients and accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner. Sales Support : The Assistant Supervisor provides support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any sales-related issues that may arise.
