Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Cluster manager to lead and manage our retail showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a proven track record of driving sales, managing teams, and delivering business growth. This senior resource will be responsible for overseeing the showroom's sales team, ensuring smooth operations, driving footfall, and managing profit and loss (P&L) accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve showroom targets.

Motivate, guide, and manage the sales team to consistently perform and meet individual and team KPIs.

2. Showroom Management:

Ensure the showroom is maintained to high operational standards, creating a welcoming environment for customers.

Monitor inventory levels, product displays, and overall showroom efficiency.

3. Team Management:

Provide leadership and training to the sales team to enhance their performance.

Set clear objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.

4. Market Insights & Marketing Development:

Provide insights into market trends and customer preferences to develop effective marketing ideas and campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing teams to implement innovative strategies to drive footfall.

5. Profit & Loss Accountability:

Take complete ownership of the showroom's P&L, optimizing revenue generation while controlling costs.

Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

6. Initiative & Innovation:

Proactively take initiatives to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and attract new customers.

Develop and implement new strategies to boost showroom visibility and profitability.

7. Language Proficiency:

Strong communication skills in Tamil and English are mandatory.

Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage for interacting with a diverse customer base.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in managing showrooms or retail outlets.

Strong business acumen and experience in P&L management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
