Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sr. Sales Executive - Residential Sales. The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing them with property options that meet their needs. Daily tasks include reaching out to clients, organizing property visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on market trends and property values. Qualifications Experience in residential sales and real estate markets Strong negotiation and sales skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Familiarity with the local real estate market in Noida Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in property consultancy is a plus Show more Show less
