Sr. Sales Executive (Distributor Sales)- Homeware /Toys

As a Senior Sales Executive in the Homeware/Toys industry, your role will involve managing distributors and retailers in the specified territory for a reputable Homeware & Toy brand. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving top-line sales and meeting monthly Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary sales targets for the assigned region. - Reporting to the Sales Manager and ensuring effective execution of sales plans for assigned distributors and retailers. - Maintaining proper product display hygiene at Point of Sale (POS) and providing product awareness and training to distributors and retailers. - Communicating promotional schemes to retailers and ensuring their effective execution. Preferred qualifications for the role include: - Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution and channel sales. - Proven track record in sales and retailer/distributor management. - Experience in handling retail sales in the B2C sector. - Previous experience in the Homeware and/or Toy industry is preferred. - A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
