SR. SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing business plans and sales strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives. This includes cold calling potential customers, responding to inquiries, negotiating agreements, and acting as a liaison between the company and its markets. Your main focus will be on handling sales for various properties such as flats, shops, and plots. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing business plans, arranging site visits for clients, convincing them on property investments, coordinating with banks for project approvals, and verifying legal technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business plans and sales strategies - Cold call potential customers and arrange meetings - Respond to incoming inquiries via email and phone - Act as a contact between the company and its markets - Negotiate agreements and close deals - Provide advice on product developments and special promotions - Handle sales for flats, shops, and plots - Prepare accurate reports on sales activities - Generate new business through various marketing channels - Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to post-closure relationship management Qualifications Required: - Data Analytics skills - Ability to decode human behavior - Strong strategic planning skills - Excellent team coordination skills - Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi communication - Previous experience in sales is preferred Note: Only male candidates are required for this position.
