Position Name : Sr.Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Engage with customers, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations on diamond jewelry pieces.
- Sales Transactions: Manage sales transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry products, including 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, and carat) and diamond grading.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure proper display of products.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays and adhere to merchandising guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-7 years of experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
