Sr. Sales Executive ( Bawal / Neemrana/ Bhiwadi)

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for products in the industrial sector.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities through lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, product launches, and promotional campaigns that drive sales growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales within the engineering & construction industry.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of systems (e.g., chillers, cooling towers), air compressors, and other industrial equipment/machinery.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with technical professionals at all levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,371.90 - ₹40,645.75 per month
