Job Description

As a Sales Executive for Tractors and Farm Equipments (TFE) in the Marketing Branches Operations, your primary responsibilities will include enhancing the deposit pool from customers, ensuring the establishment of standards and delivery of services, achieving cross-selling targets for non-deposit products, MF, and Insurance products. You will also be responsible for generating fee income, overseeing branch administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing the productivity and morale of branch team members, and being accountable for the break-even and profit & loss of the branch. Your role will be crucial in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the branch operations.,
