Weartech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Engineer – HVAC to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HVAC project sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of project-based sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with design and project execution teams to provide customized solutions.
• Understand customer requirements, conduct site visits, and suggest suitable HVAC systems and solutions.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and manage post-sale client coordination
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in HVAC project sales or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, AHUs, Ducting, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and site layouts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
