Sr. Research Engineer

As a Research Engineer at AICRA, you will be a key player in the development of innovative products in the fields of robotics, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT). Your role will involve conducting research, designing new technologies, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing virtual training to students. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research and development for products in robotics, automation, AI, and IoT. - Design, prototype, and test new technologies and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product integration. - Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues during development. - Create comprehensive documentation, including research reports and product specifications. - Develop and deliver virtual training sessions for students, focusing on practical applications and theoretical knowledge. - Mentor students and provide project guidance to foster a collaborative learning environment. - Stay updated on industry trends to inform research and development efforts. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech or higher degree in Electronics & Communication/ MCA/ Mechatronics with a specialization in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or DIY educational kits related to robotics, automation, AI, and IoT. - Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly. - Passion for teaching and mentoring students. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
