Sr. Relationship Manager-Affluent-AFFLUENT-Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager for High Net worth Customers, your role involves developing new customer relationships and expanding existing ones for liabilities. You will be responsible for sourcing new bank customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels. Additionally, you will cross-sell bank products to existing customers and inform them about new products or enhancements to strengthen the banking relationship. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new relationships and expand existing ones with High Net worth Customers - Source new bank customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels - Cross-sell bank products to existing Branch customers - Inform customers about new products or enhancements - Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events - Coordinate with other group companies to provide access to other products - Maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts - Track customer complaints/queries and ensure timely resolution for customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 3-5 years of experience or Post Graduate with 2-3 years of experience - Customer orientation - High energy and drive - AMFI / IRDA certification is preferred If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for further insight into the organization.,
