As an HR Recruiter at Ignites Human Capital Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in sourcing candidates for leading MNC companies. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on company requirements. - Screening candidate resumes and contacting relevant candidates. - Assessing knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of applicants. - Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company. - Utilizing excellent communication skills - both oral and written. - Conducting research to understand the business process. - Demonstrating excellent learning abilities and maintaining strong candidate relationships. - Displaying a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport effectively. - Handling end-to-end recruitment processes and possessing computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.). Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to research and understand business processes. - Strong learning aptitude. - Good relationship management skills.
