Sr. Quantity Surveyor- Nashik/Mumbai

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Review and verify contractor/subcontractor bills, measurements, and work progress.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control reports.
• Conduct rate analysis, variation/claim assessments, and reconciliation of quantities and materials.
• Support the Tendering/Estimation team in preparing bid quantities and pricing inputs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial and contractual matters.
• Assist in preparing and evaluating change orders, EOT (Extension of Time), and cost impact reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for all contractual correspondence and cost records.
• Provide cost forecasting, value engineering, and budgetary control throughout the project lifecycle.
