Role Overview: You will be a part of Founding Minds, a prominent product development partner in the software industry, collaborating with clients globally to design and develop products and supporting numerous startups. As a contributor, you will engage in diverse projects, brainstorm with a variety of individuals, expand your thinking horizon, explore various technologies, conduct research, contribute your best to projects, and take ownership of your work. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise two data analysts, ensuring high quality and consistency in all quantitative research projects. - Engage in all stages of quantitative research, including questionnaire development, survey programming, data processing, analysis, and reporting. - Manage datasets throughout the entire process from intake to final deliverable, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and usability. - Utilize advanced analytical techniques like segmentation, key driver analysis, TURF, conjoint, and MaxDiff to derive actionable insights. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to establish project objectives and devise suitable research strategies. - Enhance documentation standards for consistent data processes and deliverables. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in health sciences, life sciences, public health, biostatistics, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market research (consulting experience preferred). - Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet client-driven deadlines in a fast-paced setting. - Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling) and PowerPoint; familiarity with statistical tools like SPSS, R, or Python is advantageous. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work with a 50% overlap with US East Coast business hours. - Client-facing skills and professionalism in representing projects.
