With Altera Digital Health leading a new era of healthcare innovation, you play a crucial role in elevating care delivery and inspiring healthier communities worldwide. - Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and modules. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. - Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices. - Maintain test documentation, provide detailed reports on test results and issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. - Utilize automated testing tools like ATF (Automated Test Framework) when applicable. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications, with a strong understanding of ITSM or other ServiceNow modules. - Willingness to work in shifts and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a plus, along with proficiency in test management tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRail. ,
