JDs are as follows :
1. Reduction in customer complaints.
2. In process Rejection Reduction.
3. Cost of Poor-Quality Reduction.
4. Customer return analyses report.
5. Weekly quality review meeting.
6. Monthly quality Review meeting.
7. Monthly Management Review meeting.
8. Action plan for customer complaint.
9. Responsible for part quality standard & SOP updating.
10. QMS & EHS documentation.
