Sr. Quality Analyst - US Residential Mortgage Underwriting

As a Senior Quality Analyst in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting at Firstsource Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of underwriting processes for US mortgages. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring agents to identify errors, deviations, and initiating corrective measures. - Providing actionable data to internal support groups. - Generating account-specific QA reports and maintaining a timely & accurate QA database. - Conducting feedback sessions with agents and participating in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards. - Compiling and tracking performance at both team and individual levels. - Participating in customer and client listening programs to identify needs and expectations. - Coordinating call calibration sessions for call center staff and providing feedback to team leaders and managers. - Preparing and analyzing internal and external quality reports for management review. In order to excel in this role, you must possess: - Good written and verbal communication skills along with effective team management skills. - Familiarity with the DMAIC Approach and an overview of internal audit procedures. - Knowledge of COPC compliance requirements and proficiency in spreadsheets, graphs, and creating presentations. - Adherence to Information Security Policy Statement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Information Classification Policy.
