Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement sampling methodologies to conduct daily quality checks and audits across processes
Create and maintain QC checklists highlighting critical and non-critical process steps for consistent evaluation
Conduct weekly error workshops with operations teams to reduce recurrence and enhance awareness
Support Team Managers in developing action plans and preventive measures for chronic errors
Lead internal calibration sessions to identify process gaps and improve overall efficiency
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports with stakeholders, highlighting trends, top errors, and business quality metrics
Investigate root causes and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and other initiatives

Requirements

Minimum 3–6 years of experience in HRSS quality or transactional quality roles
Strong expertise in quality management within HR operations or shared services (mandatory)
Prior experience in the insurance domain is a must
Preferred background in BPO, ITES, or insurance industry
UK shift timing: 12 PM to 9 PM IST
Hybrid work model: 1 week work-from-office per month
