Sr. QA Engineer

The ideal candidate for this position will have 4-5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing project requirements to create detailed test cases that ensure software quality. You will execute test cases, both manual and automated, using tools like Cypress or Selenium for regression testing. In addition, you will need to identify, report, and track bugs using project management tools such as Zoho, Jira, or similar software. It is essential to apply various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UI testing. Experience in testing ERP functionalities is preferred but not mandatory. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role as you will work closely with developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive test cases, test execution reports, and contributing to the improvement of testing processes and best practices. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience with test automation tools like Cypress or Selenium, as well as experience in security and performance testing. Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured, performance testing tools like JMeter, and mobile app testing is required. Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and different testing types, including functional, regression, UI, and integration testing, is also essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.,
