Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior PR Executive at Afigitis PR Pvt Ltd, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of messages and campaigns that enhance the public image of our clients. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the media landscape, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in the field of public relations. Your proficiency in maintaining excellent media relations across various platforms and categories will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and acting as their primary point of contact. - PR Strategy Development: Devise and execute strategic PR plans that are in line with clients" goals and objectives. - Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure media coverage and press releases. - Digital and Social Media Platforms: Demonstrate a good understanding of digital and social media platforms, with a focus on influencer relations. - Content Creation: Develop press releases, articles, and other written materials for client campaigns. - Crisis Management: Offer expertise in managing crisis communications and formulating response strategies. - Team Leadership: Lead a team of PR professionals, offering guidance and mentorship to ensure team success. - Budget Management: Oversee PR budgets to ensure the cost-effective execution of campaigns. - Event Planning: Coordinate and oversee events, press conferences, and other PR-related activities. - Monitor Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. - Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of PR campaigns, providing regular reports to clients. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in public relations with a strong track record of successful PR campaigns. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency in crisis management and handling sensitive situations. - Leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of PR professionals. - Understanding of digital and social media platforms and their role in PR. - Ability to manage budgets effectively and ensure the efficient allocation of resources. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,
