Sr. Programmer

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Software Programmer to join our technology team. As a Senior Software Programmer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of complex software systems. Your role will involve mentoring junior developers and contributing to strategic decisions regarding architecture, tools, and frameworks. You must have experience with dot net. Candidates based in Vizag are preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks. - Lead the development of new software features and modules, from concept through deployment. - Analyze system requirements and design technical solutions aligned with business goals. - Review code, debug issues, and ensure best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, QA, and DevOps. - Mentor junior programmers, conduct technical training, and promote knowledge sharing. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems. - Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term software strategies. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 4+ years of professional programming experience in a software development environment. - Proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript (depending on the tech stack). - Strong understanding of object-oriented design, software architecture, and development patterns. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. - Proven ability to write well-documented, testable, and high-quality code. Preferred Skills: - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes. - Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). - Exposure to microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. - Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated testing tools.
