As a Sr. Program Specialist-Assessment based in Pune, you will be responsible for the full-time on-site management of various programs. Your key tasks will include overseeing program operations, designing training materials, conducting assessments, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration with clients, conducting in-depth analysis, and maintaining effective communication channels will be integral aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a PhD in Psychology and possess 5-7 years of experience in academia, industry, or research institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the edu-tech industry or experience in developing psychometric assessments. Strong management and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and customer service abilities, are essential for success in this role. Past exposure to training and development initiatives, collaborative teamwork, and a foundation in behavioral sciences or related disciplines will be advantageous.
