As a Sr. Production / Manager, your role involves forecasting production requirements to meet targets, maintaining machine records, and overseeing man management for various teams including Assembly, Paint shop, Boring, and CNC. It is essential to uphold confidentiality, enforce discipline, and ensure proper store management. Additionally, you will be responsible for estimating raw materials, vendor development, documentation, monitoring product standards, and setting production goals. Key Responsibilities: - Forecast production requirements to meet targets - Maintain machine records - Oversee man management for teams in Assembly, Paint shop, Boring, and CNC - Uphold confidentiality and enforce discipline - Ensure proper store management - Estimate raw materials and vendor development - Documentation and monitoring product standards - Set production goals Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role The company offers Provident Fund as a benefit and the work location is in person at Vasai (East).,
