Job Purpose
Key Accountabilities
Define product roadmap and ensure alignment with organization KPIs and financial targets.
Collaborate with colleagues across the company to understand and refine requirements. Lead an Agile/Scrum team to develop and launch new features. Prioritize and maintain product backlog based on stakeholder quarterly targets and data analysis. Review deliverables from the project team based on acceptance criteria in product stories.
Sc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
3+years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager
Proven knowledge of SFDC Service Cloud is a must.
Any of the following certifications is a plus - SFDC Service Cloud Consultant, SFDC Certified Administrator (SCA), or Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC).
Ability to work with engineers/architects and influence stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexible working hours to accommodate business needs with US stakeholders is a must. Excellent knowledge of English
