Sr Product Manager- Real Estate

As a Product Management professional at our company, your role will involve formulating the business plan and ensuring financial adherence throughout the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for participating in cross-functional and key business decisions, preparing and presenting Project Budgets, and conducting scenario analysis for optimizing the business plan. Furthermore, you will determine key performance indicators for the project and periodically review actual performance with respect to these metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution to final completion. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and product opportunities. - Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, users, and business teams. - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. - Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time. - Continuously analyze product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback. - Ensure products comply with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the real estate industry. Qualifications Required: - Real estate experience. - Project management & technical understanding. - Extensive corporate strategy experience in consultancy, real estate, or startup. - Advanced financial modeling skills. - Excellent communication & presentation skills. - CIVIL Engineering & NICMAR are added advantages (not mandatory selection criteria).
