Sr Product Manager- Real Estate

As a Senior Manager/AGM/DGM in Product Management with 8-10 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to formulate the business plan and ensure financial adherence throughout the product lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in cross-functional and key business decisions, including preparing and presenting project budgets and conducting scenario analysis to optimize the business plan. Your role will involve determining key performance indicators for the project, conducting periodic reviews of actual performance, and owning the product lifecycle from strategy to execution to final completion. Market research, competitive analysis, and identification of trends, customer pain points, and product opportunities will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. You will be required to gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, users, and business teams, translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time will be a key aspect of your role. Continuous analysis of product performance, iteration based on data and user feedback, and ensuring product compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the real estate industry will also fall under your purview. The ideal candidate should have real estate experience, project management and technical understanding, and extensive corporate strategy experience in consultancy, real estate, or startup environments. Advanced financial modeling skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a background in Civil Engineering and NICMAR would be advantageous. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, based in Mumbai. The salary offered will be dependent on your profile and market standards, and the qualification required is BE (Civil preferred) plus an MBA.
