Job Description

Role Overview: At BMC, we are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Product Manager to join our IZOT team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining the future vision for the product line, analyzing business opportunities, and prioritizing customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include directing product development teams, defining pricing strategies, and supporting successful commercial outcomes throughout the product lifecycle. As a product manager, you will be an expert on the product, market, and related business domains. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with enterprise customers, prospects, sales, presales, and customer success to understand current pain points and potential future requirements. - Collaborate with development and QA, solutions marketing, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions, enable the sales teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Act as the primary liaison between customers and the R&D team, ensuring alignment of product development efforts with customer needs and market demands. - Assist in planning product deliveries, including documenting detailed requirements, scheduling releases, and publishing roadmaps. - Conduct thorough market research, customer interviews, and feedback analysis to prioritize features and enhancements, aligning with customer needs, market trends, and long-term strategic objectives. - Define the product vision, strategy, and success metrics, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of product management or technical product ownership experience in enterprise software. - Proven track record of working with engineering teams in Agile environments. - Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or automation platforms, experience with GenAI considered a plus. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and collaboration.
