Sr. Power BI Developer

Role Overview: As a BI Architect specializing in Power BI at Marlabs Innovations Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement scalable and efficient BI solutions utilizing the full capabilities of Power BI. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, define technical specifications, and architect solutions that align with the organization's business objectives. Your role will require extensive experience in BI architecture, data modeling, and analytics, with a deep expertise in Power BI. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions using Power BI, encompassing data models, reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and transform them into technical specifications and architectural designs. - Architect and execute data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs. - Design and implement data governance, security, and compliance measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure regulatory adherence. - Evaluate and suggest Power BI best practices, standards, and governance policies organization-wide. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers, analysts, and architects, nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous enhancement. - Oversee the selection and deployment of BI tools and technologies, ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines and strategic goals. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure harmony between business requirements and technical solutions. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI and analytics, proposing opportunities for innovation and optimization. - Any report migration/report rationalization experience. - Knowledge of crystal reports. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 10 to 12 years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics, with a focus on BI architecture and Power BI. - Extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing BI solutions using Power BI, covering data models, reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations. - Profound understanding of data modeling techniques, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView, or Looker is advantageous. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions. - Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. - Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and successfully drive projects to completion. - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst are highly preferred.,
