- Manages a team of 4-6 PHP developers
- Overseeing project delivery
- Ensuring code quality
- Providing technical guidance while balancing hands-on coding with leadership, mentoring and stakeholder communication to build scalable, high-performing web applications using PHP, frameworks etc.
