Job Description

Strong portfolio showing lighting techniques, composition, and styling sensibility
Must understand brand language and visual storytelling
Hands-on experience with studio setups, model shoots, and retouching workflows
Should be capable of leading shoots independently and coordinating with stylists, models, and art direction
Knowledge of video frame composition is a plus
Experience in brand films, product videos, lifestyle content, and campaign storytelling
Strong understanding of camera setups, lighting direction, framing, and movement
Must know how to create cinematic visuals tailored for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Should have experience collaborating with creative teams on storyboarding, shot planning, and post-production look
Knowledge of color grading and basic editing is preferred
Bonus: experience in shooting with natural light and adapting across environments (studio/outdoor)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the industry
Must have agency or brand background (not freelance-only)
Proven ability to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent visuals
