Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI. The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable managing budgets across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

Plan and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Create conversion-focused campaign structures

Manage daily budgets and bidding strategies

Conversion Tracking & Analytics

Set up and manage Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking

Track form fills, calls, WhatsApp clicks, and landing page conversions

Analyze CPL, CPA, ROAS, and funnel performance

Optimization & Testing

Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Optimize keywords, search terms, placements, and targeting

Improve lead quality while reducing cost per acquisition

Reporting & Insights

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Share actionable insights and optimization recommendations

Monitor competitors and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager

Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels

Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager

Ability to write or guide high-converting ad copies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in lead-generation businesses

Landing page optimization & CRO knowledge

Healthcare, real estate, or education marketing experience

Basic knowledge of SEO and remarketing
