Sr. Performance Marketer

As a Sr. Performance Marketer with 4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Agencies, your role will be crucial in strategizing and managing paid advertising campaigns for various brands. Your analytical skills will be put to use in interpreting data, identifying trends, and optimizing campaigns to achieve an ROAS of 4-6. Additionally, your excellent communication skills will be essential in presenting marketing strategies to internal teams and collaborating effectively to align on campaign goals and execution. - **Strategizing campaigns for multiple brands to drive website sales. - Scaling up website sales for brands. - Managing campaigns on Meta & Google Ads platforms. - Providing creative direction to graphic/video editors for ad content. - Presenting campaign reports to clients. - Supervising team members for campaign execution. - Implementing feedback codes such as Pixel, GA4, GTM for tracking. - Ensuring proper conversion tracking for attribution.** - **4-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency managing paid advertising campaigns. - Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms, including campaign structures, targeting options, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques. - Knowledge of running ads for Fashion, FMCG, Lifestyle, Consumer, etc. Brands. - Proven track record of managing ad spends ranging from 5 to 50 Lakhs per month with an ROAS of 4-6. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns. - Excellent communication skills to present marketing strategies effectively.** If you are confident in your ability to increase client revenue through effective performance marketing strategies, we encourage you to apply or send your portfolio, current/last & Expected CTC, notice period to hr@digiweave.in.,
