Job Description

Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Experience:

Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation, upgrade, and support projects in Oracle Financials.
Gather and analyse business requirements and map them to Oracle Financial modules.
Configure and deploy Oracle EBS Finance modules (R12.1.x / R12.2.x).
Prepare functional documentation (BR100, MD050, TE040, etc.) as per AIM/OUM methodologies.
Perform CRP, SIT, UAT, data migration, and cutover planning.
Work with technical teams to develop and test RICE components.
Support month-end/year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Liaise with business users, finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

10 to 12 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant.
Strong expertise in
GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, EBTAX
modules.
In-depth knowledge of financial processes including procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (O2C), and record-to-report (R2R).
Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.
Experience working in support and enhancement environments.
Good understanding of PL/SQL and coordination with technical teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance is a plus).

Nice to Have:

Experience in India Localization (GST, TDS, TCS, etc.).
Knowledge of Oracle iExpense, Projects Accounting (PA), and integration with SCM modules.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) is an added advantage.
