Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for Analysing, Orchestrating, Implementing and Optimizing cutting-edge data integration and analytics solutions. The candidate should be capable of leading a development team and creating a blueprint to help clients achieve their end goal. Knowledge on other ETL tools and databases is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Expertise in the Oracle ODI tool and Oracle PL/SQL, ODI knowledge of ODI Master and work repository.
Setting up topology, building objects in Designer, Monitoring Operator, different types of Knowledge Modules customisation, ODI Agents, Scenarios and Variables etc.
Design and develop complex mappings dynamically, Enhance Process Flows, Review ETL Scripts (Scenarios, Shell Scripts), Error handling, ODI Load Plan customisation, ODI Package Deployment Strategy & performance tuning of ODI mappings.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines or Scheduled ODI Jobs. Ensure data quality, accuracy and integrity across integration environment.
Experience in Data Migration or ODI Package Migration using SQL Loader, smart import/export.
Experience in Database Error handling and creating PL/SQL packages, procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views and Material.
Views and exception handling for retrieving, manipulating, checking, and migrating complex datasets in Oracle.
Experience in SQL tuning and optimization using explain plan. Partitioning and Indexing strategy for optimal performance.
Should have experience in interacting with customers in understanding business requirement documents and translating them into ETL specifications and high-level and Low-level design documents.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or shell scripting.
Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
Must have Good verbal and written communication in English, Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Should have experience of interacting with customers in understanding business requirement documents and translating them into ETL specifications and High- and Low-level design documents.

Qualifications and Skills

BTech / MTech / BCA / MCA / BSc-IT / BE in any stream.
Must have 5+ years of onsite experience in managing ODI & Data warehouse projects.
Preference will be given to candidates who have Banking and Finance Domain Knowledge.
Certification in ODI or Oracle Database will be value add.
