Sr. Officer Quality Assurance

Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures and ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.

Performing routine inspection and quality tests. Documenting quality assurances activities and creating audit reports. ISO Audit, Documentation, IATF, CTPAT

Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues; if any. Making recommendations for improvement. Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.

Checking that raw materials or components involved in the production process are of suitable quality. Creating training materials and operating manuals, if required.

Estimating time involved in assuring each products quality and meeting project deadlines. Working together with production team to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions. Inspecting production machinery and employees to make sure the production process runs smoothly. Suggesting improvements to company infrastructure and process to prevent future mistakes during production.

Carrying out and monitoring testing and inspection of products and materials to ensure the finished product and materials to ensure the finished product meets quality standards. Monitoring performance. Knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) used for system accuracy, precision and stability.

Writing production plan that minimize risk of mistakes during production. Creating test plan for the production process

Performing different test and prepare sheet required for quality of the product. Investigating causes of defects that occur during the testing phase. Knowledge of instruments for testing and calibration reports.

Communicating with quality control about existing defects and how to prevent them in future. Communicating with other department such as project management and engineering to co-coordinating scheduling for QA testing.

Applying technical skills related to the product being tested (knowledge of testing machine of QA, knowledge of machinery for hardware etc. Conforming to regulations and international standards when it comes to testing and quality assurance.

Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met. Setting customer service standards, handling customers.

Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety. Encouraging change and improvement in performance and quality.

Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level. Working with operating staff to establish procedure, standards and system.

Determining training needs. Directing objectives to maximize profitability.

Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information and making reports.
