Accountabilities:

Responsible for the maintenance of the entire facility, including identifying areas requiring repair and planning actions for civil repairs, painting, infrastructure refurbishments (e.g., tiled flooring, epoxy repairs), false ceilings, civil structures, walls and partitions, terrace and roofing, roads, and pavements.
Accountable for preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and specifications for inquiries and execution of the activities mentioned above.
Oversee predictive maintenance of civil structures, develop plans, and ensure execution of necessary actions.
Manage contractors' work plans, ensuring that activities are performed under safe working conditions and in compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) norms.
Coordinate both functional and cross-functional activities to ensure timely planning, clearance, and efficient resource management at the site.

Technical Competencies:

Must have in-depth knowledge and application at

- Civil and infrastructure construction and repairs

- Prepare BOQ as per standards and read and understand construction drawings.

- Conversant with relevant construction standards

- Preparation and execution plan for small size infrastructure projects.

- EHS & Statutory compliances

Handling works orders in SAP or similar system.
Manage team and resources and lead activities.
Passion to learn, understand and overcome conventional thought process to provide solutions including adapting to new technologies and modern construction methods.
