Sr. Mobile Developer (Flutter & IOS)

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer with strong experience in Flutter and native iOS development to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of mobile architecture (MVVM), writes clean and scalable code, and communicates effectively with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for building high-quality mobile applications, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and native iOS (Swift)
• Contribute to cross-platform modules by developing in Flutter (Android/iOS) when required.
• Implement and maintain MVVM architecture and ensure clean, testable, and scalable code
• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable mobile applications with high performance and clean architecture.
• Provide technical solutions to improve app stability, UI/UX quality, and overall mobile experience.
• Integrate REST APIs, handle offline storage, caching, background tasks, and app lifecycle management.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while participating in code reviews and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and QA teams to build features on both Android and Flutter platforms.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical planning
• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions clearly to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in mobile application development
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter
• Solid experience with native iOS development (Swift)
• Strong understanding and practical use of MVVM architecture
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Knowledge of state management in Flutter (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
