Sr Mgr InfoSec Engineering

As a Senior Manager of Information Security at HMH Technology India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in refining, managing, and executing the strategic product/application security roadmap to ensure the security of HMH products and applications. Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, you will lead a high-performing team in creating remediation plans, performing security reviews, and recommending security solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Bringing a deep background and broad experience in Information Security, Application Security, & Application Development - Leading the team in developing and implementing product and application standard security review processes - Influencing project and portfolio stakeholders by communicating relevant security information effectively - Providing input into the Information Security strategy to align future security investments appropriately - Collaborating closely with the Architecture teams - Tracking policy exceptions and remediation dates through active engagement with development teams and operations teams - Overseeing projects, program delivery, monitoring, response, and review of cloud and physical infrastructure - Driving operational efficiency and excellence leveraging tools, processes, and automation - Supporting and implementing controls to meet third party attestations such as SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, and SOX Qualifications required for this role include: - 5 to 6+ years hands-on experience in application security utilizing SAST, DAST, IAST, RASP, and WAF - 5+ years of application engineering, architecture, or development management experience - Proficiency in analyzing ambiguous problems and communicating security risks effectively - Experience in leading application security remediation work and mitigation initiatives - Strong organizational skills to manage tasks in a fast-moving environment At HMH Technology India Pvt.
