Sr. Merchandiser (PD) - Knits Apparel

As a Sr. Merchandiser (PD) specializing in Knits Apparel for a reputable Garment Export house in Gurgaon, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Look after Product development, Costing & T&A making. - Coordinate with the sampling department to ensure timely submission of Protos / SMS / Fit / Size set / P.P. / Sealer and Production (T.O.P.) samples. - Fully coordinate with buying houses, buyers & production department for quality assurance, accessories planning, approvals & suggesting pre-alerts to customers. - Collaborate with the store department to ensure all fabrics, trims, and accessories arrive in the right quality and quantity on time. - Place bulk orders for fabrics, trims, and accessories required for production. - Coordinate with Fabric mills and trim suppliers for fabric and accessory approvals & ensure timely delivery. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong understanding of Product Development, Costing, and T&A processes. - Excellent coordination skills with various departments and external stakeholders. - Ability to manage bulk orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
