Sr. Merchandiser (Home textiles)

As an experienced Textile Export Merchandiser, your role will involve managing end-to-end coordination with international buyers, particularly in European and American markets. Your responsibilities include handling sampling, pricing, order follow-ups, production coordination, and pre-/post-shipment documentation. It will be essential for you to maintain structured client data and communication records using CRM or official formats. You will work closely with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders. Identifying new customer segments and developing client relationships through trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and online platforms will be crucial. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with buyer standards and documentation, as well as supporting catalog building and feedback collection from clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end coordination with international buyers, focusing on European and American markets. - Handle sampling, pricing, order follow-ups, production coordination, and pre-/post-shipment documentation. - Maintain structured client data and communication records via CRM or official formats. - Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for on-time order execution. - Identify new customer segments and cultivate client relationships through various channels. - Ensure compliance with buyer standards and documentation. - Support catalog building and gather feedback from clients. Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of relevant experience in textile export merchandising. - Strong knowledge of textile products, especially throws, rugs, cushions, kitchen linen, etc. - Excellent command of spoken and written English. - Proficiency in Excel, email communication, documentation, and follow-ups. - Familiarity with CRM tools, quotation formats, and sampling procedures. - Self-driven with exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
