Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end merchandising operations for hard goods & handicraft categories.
Develop new products based on buyer briefs, market trends, and seasonal requirements.
Coordinate with design, sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure timely development.
Prepare costing sheets, negotiate pricing with suppliers, and ensure target margins.
Handle buyer communication, share updates, approvals, and virtual presentations.
Monitor production, quality checks, and shipment timelines.
Maintain order trackers, T&A calendars, and ensure on-time delivery.
Work closely with logistics for documentation and dispatch coordination
