Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Project management:
Oversee the entire MEP project life cycle, from planning and design review to execution and final handover.
Technical oversight:
Supervise the installation of mechanical (HVAC, exhaust), electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring they meet specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
Site coordination:
Manage on-site activities, coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors, and conduct regular inspections to monitor quality and progress.
Budget and schedule management:
Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and value engineering. Track project progress against schedule and ensure timely completion.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, submittals, and final handover documents.
Problem-solving:
Resolve technical issues that arise during the construction phase and provide solutions for system enhancements.
Authorities liaison:
Interact with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals and clearances for MEP services.
