Mechanical Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical design projects for industrial equipment and machinery.
• Develop and design mechanical components and systems for new products and machinery.
• Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Perform complex engineering calculations and simulations to validate design integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including electrical engineers and manufacturing personnel, to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and provide engineering support to manufacturing, assembly, and field service teams.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in

  machine design

• Experience with

  industrial equipment and machinery

  , including paper, printing, and discrete product machinery.
• Proficiency in

  3D CAD software

  (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA).
• Knowledge of materials science, manufacturing processes, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform stress, thermal, and kinematic analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage project timelines and deliverables.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
