Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and development of chassis, frame, and axle systems for roadrail and off-highway vehicles.
Perform 3D modelling, detailing, and GD&T using SolidWorks or Creo.
Conduct structural and fatigue analysis using Solid Work /ANSYS or equivalent tools.
Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure DFM & DFA compliance.
Validate structural integrity through FEA, prototype testing, and field trials.
Ensure adherence to RDSO, EN, and ISO standards.

Key Skills:

SolidWorks / Creo (Advanced 3D design & drafting)
GD&T, weldment and fabrication design
Structural and fatigue analysis (Solid work /ANSYS / Hyper Works)
Vehicle chassis, frame & axle design
Knowledge of materials and joining techniques
Understanding of mechanical tolerances & fits
Team collaboration and documentation
