Sr. Manager/Vertical Head - CJ Leads (India & SEA)

As a Sr Manager/Vertical Lead at Tyroo & CJ Leads, you will be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of CJ Leads execution in India and Southeast Asia. You will play a crucial role in designing customer journeys, delivering CPL campaigns with precision, and rapidly scaling demand and supply. Your key responsibilities will include: - Pre-Sales Solutioning - Supporting Sales with solution design including pricing, volume estimation, and funnel build. - Translating client KPIs into executable campaign journeys. - Demand Support - Working with client teams to identify CPL opportunities in BFSI, Auto, Edu, etc. - Tracking pipeline targets and ensuring supply alignment to deliver volumes. - Supply & Publisher Development - Onboarding publishers for CPL programs across various categories. - Activating emerging supply categories like fintech apps, social creators, and offline lead digitization. - Managing publisher incentives and relationships to secure fast volumes. - Campaign Delivery & Ops - Running campaigns on CJ attribution/tracking + LMS + landing page tech. - Monitoring campaign health, optimizing performance, and maintaining lead quality. - Ensuring fraud detection, compliance, and cost efficiency. To be an ideal candidate for this role, you should have: - 4-8 years of experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, or CPL campaign delivery. - Hands-on experience with BFSI, Auto, or Edu CPL programs. - Strong relationships with publishers across various categories. - Familiarity with campaign tech such as attribution platforms and landing page/LMS tools. - Analytical mindset, operational strength, and ability to work efficiently. - Ambition to grow into a P&L role with exposure to India + SEA markets.
