Job Description

The offer marketing manager role at Schneider Electric is a dynamic position that involves a mix of P&L responsibility and strategic marketing. As a marketing manager, your primary responsibilities will include identifying product gaps in the portfolio based on customer requirements and collaborating on product roadmaps. Conducting competitor analysis and benchmarking will be crucial in shaping marketing strategies. You will be tasked with executing channel strategies for a sell-in business model and developing product launch campaigns to ensure comprehensive marketing coverage. Creating marketing collaterals for both print media and digital marketing initiatives will be a key aspect of the role. Operational marketing tasks will involve providing tactical pricing, managing product sales mix to maintain targeted margin levels, and establishing Rate Contracts with end-users, panel-builders, and distributors. Collaboration with the supply chain team to ensure accurate monthly forecasts and smooth material flow for key project fulfillments will be essential. Working closely with technical teams to address customer queries and collaborating with the marketing head to define product roadmaps, sales plans, and product mix plans for the year are also part of the role.
