Sr, Manager - Technical (BOE)

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead and execute projects across Steam (O&M), Briquetting, and BOOT models in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.
• Oversee project lifecycle from conceptualization to commissioning.

Proposal Inputs & Technical Advisory

• Provide timely, accurate, and detailed inputs to the Proposal Team for all new projects.
• Act as the single point technical advisor to the Zonal Head for all plant operations.

3. Technology Implementation & Optimization

• Evaluate and implement next-generation technologies to ensure optimum fuel use and process efficiency.
• Drive initiatives that reduce MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)

Spare Inventory Management

• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory across all plants in the South Zone.
• Ensure minimum downtime through proactive procurement and stocking strategies.

5. Instrumentation & Calibration Oversight

• Ensure end-to-end calibration of all plant instrumentation, including steam flow meters and critical sensors.
• Maintain logs and compliance documentation of calibration activities.

Monitoring & Incident Management

• Daily monitoring of project performance and technical operations.
• Be the first responder for all plant-related issues and breakdowns.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with SPCB/CPCB/NGT guidelines, Factory Act provisions, and

  PRESPL internal EHS/HSSE standards

• Lead audits, manage documentation, and address all legal compliances for operating plants.

Stakeholder & Government Coordination

• Coordinate with State Government departments, OEMs, and vendors as per zonal requirements.

Customer Feedback & Quality Control

• Collect feedback from clients and stakeholders and initiate service quality improvements.
• Ensure QC and QA protocols are strictly followed at every project site.

ERP & Daily Reporting

• Ensure daily technical inputs in the ERP system
• Submit structured daily reports and critical updates on the Operations WhatsApp Group.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company operations, technical innovations, and future plans.

Team Development & Training

• Support the development of site teams and internal project capabilities under the guidance of Zonal Head.

Other Responsibilities

• Any other task as assigned by the Zonal Head or Management.
