Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying High Potential (HiPo) talent using data and insights - Creating dashboards for management updates on different talent groups - Enhancing diversity within the talent pool - Collaborating with the talent acquisition team to improve talent pipelines - Designing organizational interventions for talent development - Measuring the impact of talent management on workforce planning - Creating career pathways aligned with business needs To be successful in this role, you should have: - 8+ years of experience in Talent Management/Leadership development - Relevant qualifications and project management experience - Strong Stakeholder Management and Influencing skills - Expertise in Talent Management or Leadership Development, including high-stake conversations - Experience in a B2C industry In addition to the challenging work, Medanta offers a dynamic work environment with 6 days in office in Gurgaon.,
