This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, branded content creation, and audience engagement techniques. This role is crucial for building strong client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of content and social media initiatives. Key responsibilities : Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies across social media & branded content that align with client objectives and drive measurable results. Oversee the execution of branded content and social media campaigns, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on branded content and social media initiatives, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Develop and present campaign proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients. Creative Excellence : Foster creativity within the team, encouraging innovative approaches to branded content and social media that resonate with target audiences. Develop high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and engages audiences across various platforms. Social Media Expertise : Stay abreast of trends and best practices in social media to inform campaign strategies. Leverage platform-specific features and trends to maximize campaign impact and audience engagement. Content Creation and Management : Create diverse content types, including written, visual, and multimedia, ensuring consistency and quality. Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely and effective content delivery. Process and Effciency : Establish and align processes for content creation, social media management, and campaign execution to ensure operational effciency. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and campaign success. Budget Management : Keep campaign and other external budgets in check. Performance Measurement and Reporting : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to clients and senior leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including influencer marketing, content marketing, and account management, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and innovation. Team Management : Drive team performance through effective leadership, strategic delegation, and seamless collaboration to achieve organizational objectives. Skills: Signifcant experience in professional client relationship management. A solid background in content, social media, digital marketing or advertising. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Full awareness of creative processes and techniques including digital platforms. The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas. Exceptional presentation skills to develop ideas and concepts into compelling campaign lead strategies. Creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability. Ability to drive creative direction and vision for multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of how video content development works is an advantage. Should be well adept with global & Indian trends, formats and developments in branded content. Qualifications and Prior Experience: Proven experience in branded content, social media, or a related field, with a strong track record of successful campaign execution. Strong creative vision and the ability to translate brand objectives into engaging content and social media strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategies and optimize performance. Proficiency in social media and content management tools and platforms. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content marketing
